If you decide not to complete a course that you've paid for, Leadkairos may not be able to refund your payment depending on our refund policies.

• If the content you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can’t request a refund, and Leadkairos may not apply a refund to your account.
• No refund is due to you if you request a refund.
• if the content you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund.

We do not offer refunds for any services rendered or courses purchased. All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with the courses or service you have received, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you made a payment through the Leadkairos mobile app using an Android / Apple device, that payment was processed directly through the Paytm payment gateway option. You can’t request a refund directly through Leadkairos mobile app. We are not providing any refund policy
